a vaccine for Havrix, the Hep A vaccine, it was expired on 30-Aug-2025 and it was given to a patient; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 19-year-old female patient who received HAV (Havrix) (batch number 3J9G4, expiry date 30-AUG-2025) for prophylaxis. On 23-SEP-2025, the patient received Havrix. On 23-SEP-2025, an unknown time after receiving Havrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: a vaccine for Havrix, the Hep A vaccine, it was expired on 30-Aug-2025 and it was given to a patient).
