Received Flu vaccine MFG Lot #PMC U8883BA in right arm. Swelling, redness, warm to the touch and hardness. Something happened in his right thigh when he received the flu vaccine last year. Received MMRV vaccine in the right arm too. Also recieved polio vaccine in the left arm with no reaction.
