got infected; got infected; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP, Program ID. A patient (age and gender not provided) received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (Primary Immunization Series Completed), for COVID-19 immunization; Bnt162b2 (DOSE NUMBER UNKNOWN (BOOSTER), SINGLE), for COVID-19 immunization. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant), outcome "unknown" and all described as "got infected". Clinical course: stated that after 4 or 5 vaccines, they still got infected. No follow-up attempts are possible.
