Symptom narrative

After approximately 30 seconds patient lost feeling and movement in left arm, she also mentioned tingling in left arm. She began breathing rapidly and shallowly. EMTs were called and all vitals appeared normal at that time. After 15 minutes or so, feeling and movement returned to arm. Patient refused ambulance transport and husband drover her away.
