Symptom narrative

Swelling, Warmth, itching, rash of upper deltoid area extending to elbow. I felt like it might be my should also but it is hard to tell as I had a fusion from C2-C5 in the front of my neck (An ACDF) and fusion from C2 to T2 in the back which still has tightness. It was also sore. The symptoms kept me from sleeping. Ice pack helped.

Chronic pain, Bilateral knee replacement, psoriatic arthritis, osteoarthritis, low back pain, hypothyroidism, major depressive disorder.

Pregabalin 150mg BID, Naproxin 500mg BID, Synthroid 150mcgg QD, Buproprion 300mg QD, Desvenlafaxine 100mg QD, Buprinorphine 4mg TID, Cosentyx 125mg IV Qmonth (had on 10/7/2025), Multivitamin QD, Hair skin nails QD, Calcium BID, Probiotic QD

Allergies

Cymbalta causes hypertension, Yellow jacket venim, Sulfa
