Patient recieved flublok 9+, he is 5 years 8m old. He has had no adverse effects or side effects. The correct vaccine was scanned in and ready to give. Patient and 10 year old sister were getting flu shots at the same time. Both were hiding and trying to avoid the shot. Brother decided that he would go first in front of sister and I had sisters shot in my hand. SO the 9+ dose was given instead of the fluzone 6m+
