Symptom narrative

patient sitting in vaccine room and began to feel hot and stated she felt as if she was sweating. This feeling began a couple minutes after receiving both vaccines (COVID and FLU). She stopped speaking and became very pale and essentially had a minor fainting episode. She laid down and regained color, full speaking, and full awareness after a few minutes. Offered 9-1-1 services and patient declined. Patient and father waited 15 minutes and decided to leave.
