Symptom narrative

Pharmacist gave me injection in right arm muscle felt warm sensation between my breast, heart, lungs? It was strange. Then I got muscle spasms in top right back, middle right back near kidneys at the same time I was getting spasms in left top back, middle above kidneys. Then was in hips then moved to my thighs down my legs. Was not dizzy. Just painful nonstop muscle spasms. I sat for a couple minutes then went to my car. After a few minutes all of the spasms were gone. That evening, I did get flu symptoms, chills, achy, headache. Lasted for two to three days. Have gotten the flu shots for quite some time. Never the 65+..
