Given outside of of CDC guidelines; no adverse effects reported. Patient requested vaccine series stating she never received as a child and needed for dental hygiene job. Per database she got in 2001 & 2005 so she should have only received one shot not two. She got one on 9/07/25 and 10/8/25 so the one on 10/8 was outside guidelines.
