Symptom narrative

Product was expired (expired 06/11/2025) by 4 months. Took it out of the freezer the day before and didn't notice that it was last years stock (2024-2025). Both packages were identical besides year on box. Patient has not had any adverse events but is concerned about efficacy since it was past it's expiration . I have contacted both CDC and Moderna but have not been given a firm confirmation if the patient should revaccinate.
