Symptom narrative

The patient stated that within a few days of getting the RSV, COVID, and FLU vaccines he experienced terrible vertigo symptoms. He ended up at the hospital because he was so dizzy he couldn't walk. The hospital completed brain imaging and heart tests and the results were clear. The doctors at the hospital concluded that the three vaccines he got are the cause of his extreme vertigo. He has tried and failed multiple treatment options following being discharged from the hospital.
