Symptom narrative

The patient's wife came in the pharmacy and said that about two days after he got his flu vaccine he spiked a fever. She said he had the chills and was very shaky and had trouble standing. I called him and spoke with him and he said he was taking tylenol four times daily to help with the fever. I spoke with him today on 10/11 and he still said he's having some fever and chills and taking the tylenol.
