Symptom narrative

Patient reported that she has had a round, red rash on and off for the past week, starting on the day after she received the Prevnar20 vaccine. The rash is visible, slightly raised, and about 1.5 inches in diameter on the day of reporting. She also noted that she had heart palpitations and shortness of breath on 10/4/25 when she first noticed the rash. I advised her to take OTC benadryl for the rash and follow up with her doctor if it doesn't get better. Of note, she had also received a flu shot in the same (right) arm just 4 days prior to the Prevnar20 vaccine on 9/29/25.
