Symptom narrative

Patient reported having arm swelling and rash that started 4 to 5 days after getting flu shot. Has had flu shots previously prior to this year with no adverse effects, this is the first year he received the high dose version for adults over 65. He also started a new beet supplement at the same time. He self treated with diphenhydramine which had nearly eliminated symptoms at time of report a week after shot.
