Symptom narrative

Patient came to the pharmacy and said she had developed a reaction to the two vaccines she had received on 10/8/25. She had opted to receive both vaccines in her left arm. She showed me her left arm and it was red in a circular pattern around where both of the vaccines had been given and where the two Inject safe barrier bandages had sat. The redness was limited to her upper arm in the deltoid region. She denied any swelling or itching but said that it did feel slightly warm to the touch. She said that she had showed her doctor at her regularly scheduled office visit on 10/10/25 and they wrote her an antibiotic prescription "just in case" of infection because of the warmness to the touch in addition to the redness.
