Symptom narrative

received flu shot around 4-5 pm on 10/9, started experiencing symptoms around 9:30 pm of strong pain in the arm of injections Left arm, pain was so bad could not use her arm, currently can raise arm not too high but uncomfortable. Also experiencing around 6 am very weak legs, had hard time getting out of bed that she fell and hit the tail bone on the floor. can walk and stand, but have hard time getting into the bed. currently feel weak but able to function. (also stated husband had same shot w/o issue), feels like not necessary to go to emergency room, suggested her to go to ER just for peace of mind due to possibility of guillain Barre Syndrome, she said her daughter may be coming over and can probably assist her to ER
