Symptom narrative

As the patient after the second dose I began to notice chronic fatigue. I completed the 3 shot series, every 3 months. Symptoms worsened and eventually visited: Dr (withheld name, address, city, state, phone number) at the time I was not informed of possible side effects of the Gardasil vaccine nor did any primary care I addressed my issues make a connection to it being a vaccine injury. Eventually was sent sent to a neurologist for further testing and Diagnosed with Narcolepsy in Summer of 2010 after multiple visits to OBGYN and Primary care office with a referral to see Neurologist.
