Symptom narrative

Within hours of receiving vaccination patient had pain in right eye (similar to migraine pain, but patient only gets migraine pain in left eye) and then got floaters in eyes (they have not gone away). Patient went to a retinal specialist. Patient was diagnosed with acute posterior vitreous detachment and round retinal break without detachment.
