Patient was not eligible to receive Fluzone HD as he is only 63 years old. The vaccine is not recommended in those younger than 65 years old. Fluzone HD was given to the patient at a vaccine clinic event happening at the (withheld location name) on October 12, 2025. Patient was contacted at provided phone number and a voice message was left.

Current illness

Patient's wife reported patient was recently hospitalized for "something pneumonia" related and was discharged two days ago (10/10/2025)
