the child did not experience any other adverse issues or side effects from the administered doses.; a 12-month old child came in to the clinic on 10/08/2025 and was inadvertently administered an extra dose of MMR II by an MA; This spontaneous report has been received from a Nurse, regarding a 12-month-old female patient. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 30-Sep-2025, the patient was vaccinated with a dose of Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II), Injection as prophylaxis combined with its sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT) (strength, dose, scheme, route and anatomical location of administration, lot number and expiration date were not reported). Then, on 08-Oct-2025, the patient went to the clinic and was vaccinated, by a medical assistant, with an extra dose of Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II), Injection as prophylaxis (lot number: Z008440, which was determined to be valid as vial formulation, with an expiration date on 23-Nov-2026) combined with its sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT) (strength, dose, route and anatomical location of administration were not reported). It was unknown if the lot number administered on 30-Sep-2025 was a different lot number or the same lot number reported as administered on 08-Oct-2025. The nurse reported that the child's physician assured the child's mother that the child would be fine and the child did not experience any other adverse issues or side effects from the administered doses (no adverse event).
