does not remember if she received her second Shingrix vaccine; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was received on an unknown date). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: does not remember if she received her second Shingrix vaccine).
