we discovered that the vaccine expired 10 days before; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 52-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number 274YD, expiry date 15-SEP-2025) for prophylaxis. On 26-SEP-2025, the patient received Shingrix. On 26-SEP-2025, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: we discovered that the vaccine expired 10 days before). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 26-SEP-2025 Paramedic called and reported the Shingrix vaccine expired 10 days before and was administered. The reporter consented to follow up.
