Maladministration of an expired vaccine; This non-serious case was reported by the other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (expiry date 30-SEP-2025) for prophylaxis. On 01-OCT-2025, the patient received Menveo. On 01-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Maladministration of an expired vaccine).
