received Menveo one dose vial presentation after the expiration date; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 25-year-old female patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number X7R4V, expiry date 30-SEP-2025) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Menactra (Patient had Menactra in 2017) and Meningococcla b (Patient had Men B vaccine in 2022). On 02-OCT-2025, the patient received Menveo. On 02-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: received Menveo one dose vial presentation after the expiration date). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable.
