Symptom narrative

Woke up the next morning after the injection feeling feverish. Extreme sweating. Felt very nauseous. Fainted and lost consciousness for about 1-2 minutes at 8:15am. Went to urgent care then to emergency room for examination; was discharged after normal eval.
