Patient had requested the non mRNA covid vaccine when he scheduled his appointment on line but vaccine was processed for the mRNA vaccine and the patient received the Pfizer mRNA vaccine instead. patient realized he received the mRNA vaccine after going home and reading through his paperwork. No adverse effects had been reported at this time.
