No other AE; an expired PNEUMOVAX 23 expired was administered to a 55 year old, female patient; This spontaneous report was received from a Medical Assistant and refers to a 55-year-old female patient. Her medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 19-Sep-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Pneumococcal Vaccine, Polyvalent (23-valent) (PNEUMOVAX 23) solution for injection, expiration date: 14-Aug-2025, administered by unknown route (lot # was not reported) as prophylaxis (Expired product administered). No other adverse events. At the reporting time, the outcome of the event was unknown.
