The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date, at the age of 8 years and 11 months, the patient was vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) (dose, route of administration and anatomical location were not reported, lot number Y018297 which was verified to be valid, expiration date established on 13-FEB-2027) for prophylaxis (Product administered to patient of inappropriate age), there was no adverse event reported (No adverse event).
