Incomplete dose administered/received half a dose of Shingrix instead of the full dose; This non-serious case was reported by a physician via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete dose administered in a 66-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. In JUN-2025, the patient received Shingrix. In JUN-2025, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced incomplete dose administered (Verbatim: Incomplete dose administered/received half a dose of Shingrix instead of the full dose).
