Symptom narrative

received Shingrix first dose back in 2023; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a adult female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose on 13-SEP-2023 having batch number X9KC7 and expiry date 25-OCT-2024). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: received Shingrix first dose back in 2023). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
