a 17 year old patient got subsequent dose; Expired vaccine used; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via sales rep and described the occurrence of extra dose administered in a 17-year-old male patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number LN75D, expiry date 09-SEP-2025) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Menveo (received 1st dose on an unknown date). On 04-OCT-2025, the patient received Menveo (left deltoid). On 04-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced extra dose administered (Verbatim: a 17 year old patient got subsequent dose) and expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired vaccine used). The outcome of the extra dose administered and expired vaccine used were not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 06-OCT-2025 The reporter reported that they did not know if patients had any symptoms but was calling to proactively know the next steps. The vaccine was expired on 09th September 2025.
