Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

Missed dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a male patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose on 30-MAR-2025). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Missed dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 07-OCT-2025 The reporter reported that the patient had his first Shingrix dose on 30th March 2025 and had not yet had his second dose. Till the time of reporting, the patients did not receive the second dose of Shingrix, which led to incomplete course of vaccination. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.
