Symptom narrative

12 hours after vaccination, client experienced generalized itchy rash all over her body and experienced gradual increase in heart rate for the following 2 days. Client's rash dissipated and heart rate lowered gradually over the next 2 days (over the weekend).

Current illness

Client had completed Prednisone 20 mg BID course the day before due to asthma.
