Site: Itching at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: redness at injection site-Severe, Systemic: Nausea-Mild, Additional Details: the patient's left arm was swelled next day after vaccines administration. she visited urgent care on 10/02/2025, the prescribed her antibiotic. we recommended that she can take benadryl too
