Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Additional Details: Patient experienced dizziness/light headedness and was helped to the floor by parent. After drinking some water and taking 25 mg benadryl tablet, patient was able to sit up and recovered nicely. Patient never fainted ot lost consciousness. After additional 20 minutes of observation patient was able to leave with parents un assisted.
