Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Additional Details: Patient informed me before giving the vaccine that she does faint when getting vaccines so I was aware before anything happened. After the vaccine was given she sat for a few minutes but then fainted twice. We didn't need to call the ambulance and she stayed for a few hours waiting for a ride. We didn't feel comfortable letting her go home alone so watched her until her family arrived to pick her up. I called her on Saturday and she said she was feeling a lot better.
