Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Additional Details: since recieveing the vaccine pt has been experiencing pain and tingling in her arm. The sensation goes from the site of injection down to her fingers. She is also experiencing weakness in the affected arm.
