Symptom narrative

Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: Patient came in 10/7/25 showing pharmacist of the large, dark bruise 4 days post immunization. Patient stated a bump immediately formed post injection and she bled. She went home and iced her arm. The bruise is still significant but pain and swelling subsided
