Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Severe, Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Severe, Additional Details: Pt received vaccine at pharmacy with no issues. Overnight, pt began to experience intense pain, weak legs and irregular heartbeat as described by the emergency room.
