Symptom narrative

Systemic: Encephalitis-Severe, Additional Details: Patient had gotten both vaccines at 4 pm on 9/19/2025. At around 4 am the patient had started feeling very sick and vomiting. The patient has visual changes and had passed out. The patient's fiance had called the paramedics and was transported to the hospital and was found to have encephalitis. The patient remained in the hospital for 2 days and is still requiring a follow up MRI for the brain swelling.
