PT WENT TO URGENT CARE AND DR SAID BACTERIAL INFECTION DUE TO DIRTY NEEDLE OR SIGHT NOT CLEAN ENOUGH. DR TOLD HIM THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME WE GAVE HIM HIS ANTIBIOTIC AND MEDROL DOSE PACK FREE OF HIS INSURANCE COPAY
