Systemic: Allergic: Difficulty Breathing-Severe, Additional Details: Unsure if received Epipen or benadryl but assume so because of allergic reaction. aslo not sure of severity but need to input to submit. Did not get at store and indicated no issues when they left. Pt got fluzone hd at 1030am and called at 330 pm stating she was being transported to er with trouble breathing. Spoke to md with patient and advised the vaccine and manufacturer that was given.
