THE PATIENTS SIGNIFICANT OTHER REPORTED THE PATIENT HAD A BRUISED SWOLLEN ARM. HE SHOWED ME A PICTURE AND IT WAS A BRUISE THE SIZE OF A GOLF BALL IN THE ARM WHERE SHE HAD RECEIVED THE VACCINE.
