Symptom narrative

Patient stated was doing fine until day 6 post vaccine...woke up with itching and swelling at the injection site. Per patient report also felt warm to the touch. Patient got OTC Benadryl and also applied an ice pack. Symptoms resolved within 12 hours. No further complaints at this time.
