Symptom narrative

Patient reported to pharmacy on 10/13/25 that he was experiencing pain in his left shoulder and inability to raise his arm above the shoulder level following his vaccine on 9/25/25. Patient went to a physician who administered a steroid injection to mitigate the pain and inflammation. Patient suspected bursitis due to vaccine administration in the bursa sac, but no official diagnosis was disclosed.
