After patient had 2 vaccines above. He was looking ok and walking away from the pharmacy. He left the pharmacy and then he came back and complained that he have the fainting and was sitting in the booth. He then felt to the ground and hit his head in the booth. The whole process was happening in around 10-15 minutes.
