Symptom narrative

Patient is an 8 month old infant that was administered the Comirnaty Covid vaccine (12 years old+) instead of the Moderna Spikevax that is intended for patients 6 months-11 years old. Patient did not exhibit any adverse side effects after injection and did not show and adverse side effects 48 hours later. Parents are aware, and have been monitoring infant at home.
