Symptom narrative

Pt received three vaccines and then left pharmacy to do some shopping. About 30 minutes later she returned to the pharmacy with complaints of dizziness and light headedness. She took a seat on a bench in front of the pharmacy and was given a bottle of water. The patient later complained of her hearing sounding "like I am in a tunnel." She sat there for over 30 minutes sipping on the water until she felt bottle which at that time she had also finished the water bottle. She then left the pharmacy and said she was going to eat something.
