Symptom narrative

I had just finished giving the second shot for the pt, which was the flu shot. I had put needle away in hazardous bucket and turned to pt. she started to talk, then all of a sudden, she sat back into the chair, her eyes rolled back, and she started to shake. I was able to hold her on to the chair, so she did not fall to the ground. I called for the nurses and dr to provide help.
