A 57-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 14Sep2021 as dose 1, single (Lot number: FA7485) at the age of 57 years for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "depressed" (ongoing); "anxiety" (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: WELLBUTRIN; LEXAPRO; LORAZEPAM.
